Annapurna 1 is the 10th highest mountain on earth. Annapurna, 55 km long massif bounded by Kali Gandaki Gorge on the west, the Marsyangdi River on the north and east and Pokhara valley on the south is a section of the Himalayas that lies in north-central Nepal. Annapurna peaks are the most dangerous mountains to climb in the world and even among them, Annapurna 1 is considered the most dangerous. There is a higher risk of avalanche on both north and south face therefore from both sides it is considered to be very difficult and dangerous to climb Annapurna 1.
Day 01- Arrive in Kathmandu. Day 02- Stay in Kathmandu for official and other preparations. Day 03- Fly to Pokhara and drive to Birethati. Day 04- Trek to Nayapul(1,348m). Day 05- Trek to Chomrong(2,170m). Day 06- Trek to Dovan(2,505m). Day 07- Trek to Hinku cave(3,100m). Day 08- Trek to Macchapuchare Base camp(3,700m). Day 09- Rest for acclimatization. Day 10- Trek to Annapurna Base Camp(4,130m). Day 11- Set up Base camp. Day 12 to Day 37- Climbing period. Day 38- Cleaning up Base Camp. Day 39- Trek to Himalaya hotel(2,920m). Day 40- Trek to Chomorong. Day 41- Trek to Nayapul. Day 42- Drive to Pokhara and fly to Kathmandu. Day 43- Extra day in Kathmandu. Day 44- Fly back home.
